Das Familienhaus in Njivice besteht aus 2 Wohnungen im Erdgeschoss. Der Vermieter wohnt im Haus und steht den Gästen zur Verfügung. Eines der Appartements für 4-6 Personen mit einer Gesamtfläche von 55 m² verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Touristenküche mit Esstisch, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, ein separates Wohnzimmer und dort zusätzlich zu Satellit TV, es gibt ein Sofa, das in zwei zusätzliche Betten umgewandelt werden kann, zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten.
Den Gästen steht eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln (Größe: 15m²) und Grill zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung verfügt über Klimaanlage und Internet.
Haustiere sind gegen Aufpreis erlaubt. Gesicherte Parkplätze für Gäste im Hof.
We had a wonderful time! The owners were extremely nice and helpful, but never intrusive. We felt really welcome there, which we do not take for granted. The apartment had everything we needed and our 1,5-year old daughter loved the big backyard (especially the playing house). The beach is less than 10 minutes away (by bike). We would recommend this place to everyone and look forward to coming back 🙂
We spent a wonderful week in Croatia, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. Our family of three found the accommodation really welcoming and spacious, perfect to relax after a day at the beach. Even though there was no washing machine or dishwasher, it wasn’t a problem at all for just one week. Another great advantage was that the house is on the ground floor, which made loading and unloading the car very convenient. Finally, the owners were extremely kind and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. We definitely recommend this aparment to anyone looking for a carefree holiday in Krk!
The holiday was wonderful. My family felt very comfortable, cosy and peaceful. We had a great time. We have fond memories of our stay. I can recommend this holiday to everyone 😉 🙂
